(NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRIZE. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER YET.

1. Eligibility: This Marketing Survey Giveaway is offered and open only to people who are 18 years of age or older and not where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of The Center for Parenting Education (“Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Any entrant who has won a prize from Sponsor within 90 days prior to the start of this Giveaway will be disqualified.

 

2. Promotion Period/Information: This Giveaway will begin at 12:01 am (Eastern Time) on January 1, 2013 and end at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on February 28, 2013. If you would prefer not to receive future surveys or contest e-mails from The Center for Parenting Education, please write to The Center for Parenting Education, 1863 Old York Road, Suite B, Abington, PA 19001; Attention: Giveaways or email info@parentingedu.org.

 

3. To Enter: Entrants may register for this Giveaway by accessing www.CenterforParentingEducation.org, clicking on the survey link and clicking to the Giveaway registration page (last page of survey). Once on that page, complete the required information fields, follow the online directions and click on the “Complete” button. You will receive one entry into this Giveaway upon submission. Entries must be received and recorded by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) on February 28, 2013. Limit one entry per person, family or household. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for this Giveaway. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times and any entrant who attempts to do so may be disqualified. In case of dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on submitted e-mail address entries, winner will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entrants must comply with these Official Rules. Fraud, non-compliance with these Official Rules and/or other non-sportsmanlike or disruptive behavior may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in entrant’s disqualification. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries, mail or e-mail or failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by entrant on the entry form; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical or human error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

 

4. Winner Selection: Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor on or about March 1, 2013 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail and/or e-mail at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

 

5. Prize: Two (2) First Prizes: $25.00 gift  card. Approximate Retail Value: $25.00 (Total Retail Approximate Value of Prizes: $[_50.00_).

 

7. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the website. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. If, for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway and select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, ITS ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON SPONSOR’S SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
